Licensing, Pricing and Privacy

Diesel Connect is run by an Alberta licensed automotive salesperson. We follow the rules set by the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council (AMVIC) and Alberta’s consumer protection laws, and we believe you should know exactly who you’re dealing with.

Licensing

Diesel Connect is a brand name used by Jules Corey to market vehicles. It is not a separate dealership. Your bill of sale, warranty and any other paperwork will come from the selling dealer named above.

You can confirm any Alberta licence through AMVIC at amvic.org or 1‑877‑979‑8100.

Pricing

We don’t list prices on this website. Text us about any truck and we’ll give you the price directly.

Any price we quote you includes the total cost of the vehicle, including all fees and charges, except GST and any costs related to financing. There are no surprise fees added after you agree on a price.

Vehicle details, photos and availability are provided in good faith and can change without notice. Please confirm the details of any specific vehicle with us before you buy. Every vehicle comes with the disclosures required under Alberta law at the time of sale.

Financing

Financing is arranged through third party lenders and is subject to their approval. Not every vehicle qualifies for financing. Rates, terms and approval depend on the lender, the vehicle and your credit. Some higher kilometre trucks are best suited to cash buyers, and we’ll tell you up front.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect. Only what you send us: your name, phone number, email, messages, the vehicle you’re interested in, and trade in details. If you apply for financing, the lender’s application collects what it needs, and that application has its own privacy terms.

How we use it. To answer your questions, give you prices, value your trade, arrange test drives, and complete a sale or financing through the selling dealer and lenders you choose to work with.

Who we share it with. Only the selling dealer and, if you ask for financing, the lenders involved in your application. We never sell your information.

Messages. If you text or message us, we’ll reply about the vehicles you asked about. You can reply STOP or simply tell us at any time and we won’t contact you again.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email jules@buildsandbuys.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
